Orders for customized calendars will be accepted through December 1, 2009. Delivery will be no later than December 15. Artwork must be provided at time of order (see notes below). Notes:
Logos must be provided in vector .eps or high-resolution .jpg format and must fit regularly within a 5/8" x 3 1/4" size.
Art for cover may be greyscale or 4-color process. Provide PMS colors for reference. Color will be approximate. Additional fee for spot color. Art for monthly pages will be greyscale only.
